Founded in June 2020 on a grass field, BOLDT Athletics has grown into a powerhouse for strength and sports performance development, proudly serving local athletes. Are we CrossFit?
No, we’re not CrossFit. Our strength and conditioning sessions are uniquely tailored in-house for our athletes, with a focus on improving performance and injury prevention to enhance overall quality of life.
Each session begins with a 5-10 minute dynamic warm-up designed to increase blood flow, and prepare the body for physical activity.
Prime (Injury Prevention)
We focus on enhancing balance, awakening neuromuscular activation, incorporating functional range conditioning, improving hand-eye coordination, and building foundational movements for speed.
Strength Training
Our main portion of the workout is designed to build endurance, strength, and power, tailored to the fitness level of the individual or group. We include structural barbell lifts such as deadlifts, back/front squats, bench press variations, basic Olympic lifts, and more.
Accessory Lifts and Finisher
We complete the remaining portion of the session with accessory lifts that complement primary strength movements, targeting smaller muscle groups to enhance performance and work on weaknesses, adding more volume and benefit to lifting.
